On April 18th, EOS Foundation – Educating for an Open Society organized the first focus group session for policy makers and adult training providers in Romania.
The event was held in Bucharest, at the premises of Social Dialogue Group (GDS). The focus group was attended by 7 people, all representatives from institutions and organizations in the field of adult learning: ANC - National Authority for Qualification, ANOFM - National Agency for Employment, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Erasmus+ national agency, Industry Association for Software and Services – ANIS, the Agency for the Digital Agenda of Romania and the Institute of Educational Sciences – ISE.
The input provided by stakeholders participating in the event was extremely valuable and helped us to understand the national context regarding the digital competences framework, and also the level of qualifications needed in order to obtain a certain certification in the area of digital competences.
