Latvian digital skills stakeholders and policy makers joined for a focus group meeting on 16th of April 2018. LIKTA (Latvian Information and Communication Technology association) invited members from National Digital Coalition of Latvia to join and share their opinions in project DCDS focus group. Focus group participants where from organizations which are deeply involved in policy making process for adults with low digital skills. Representatives from ministries – Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development – which is also responsible for governmental e-service development and e-policy development, Ministry of Education – agency responsible for life-long learning initiatives, National Employment Agency – responsible for employability trainings, Culture Information Systems Centre – responsible for library network and their training, and training providers from different training centers were invited and participated in joint discussion how to better impact the lives of citizens with low digital skills.
