DCDS focus group with Latvian beneficiaries

On the 11th of May Latvian partner LIKTA (Latvian Information and Communication Technology association) in cooperation with Ventspils Digital centre organized a focus group in Ventspils to gain deeper understanding of citizen needs and expectations towards digital inclusion, evaluation, training and digital society development. The event took place in Ventspils Digital center premises and 10 participants joint the discussions. Participants represented different age groups as well as social and employment status. They shared their expectations and doubts about online versus F2f training, digital skills certification and assessment, and other topics related to the DCDS platform future development. That was a valuable insight in opinions of the projects target audience in Latvia.
